Dressing "Business Casual"

So here is my question....I have made a couple reservations for dinner in which they said it is considered "business casual". If I am going to dinner before going out to a club for the night...can I just wear what I'm wearing to the club? Obviously, this is not something that I would wear to work

but seriously, only seen one woman ever turned away from a place because of dress code, and she had on flip flops.
