Men Problems! Shoes and cars

Hey Everyone!
I'm going to Vegas this weekend with my boyfriend =D Third time this year for me, first time Ever for him. I plan on going to Tryst, XS, Moon, Eve, and Mandalay Bay for New Year's and I know Men's shoes need to be either dress or casual? (not even sure if I'm right about that) what are some shoes besides dress that he wouldn't have a problem getting in with. Also he wants to rent a car ... Any suggestions on where to rent? I'm only 23, and although I have a perfect driving record with my insurance I only have liability, would I even be able to drive the car? He does have full coverage and is 26. Also does anyone know what the price range is for around a week (I'm aware it'll be more since we're staying from Dec. 25th to Jan. 1st)

On NYE and New Year's day I would only wear dress shoes just to be safe. For other nights, Chucks should be fine unless going to TAO (dunno if you are going there or not, but just to be safe). Also, what do you need a car for in Vegas unless you plan on traveling far away from the strip.

If you aren't too sure about the shoes, then definitely keep a pair of dressy loafers in the trunk since you guys are renting a car. Most of the times you should be able to get in without problems.

Oh, another quick question for him. Besides Tryst & XS, how are the clubs with like Ed Hardy T-shirts? I can't remember at Moon or the Playboy Bar what the guys wore? I remember a lot of button-downs but I'm not sure about T-shirts (then again the last time I was there was this last 4th of July weekend) .. I guess I shouldn't drink as much or I would remember these things! hahaha

Vegas tip: If he's wearing Ed Hardy, you do not want to party.

I recommend a 'Tap Out' hoodie on top of the Ed Hardy T...that will complete the entire image. If he has aviator sunglasses that he can wear while in the club, it will better.

Of course I'm kidding, but it does sound like its time to take your man to the mall or hit gilt.com to update the wardrobe.

Back to the topic of shoes, I wear boots and never get turned away. Some of my friends got away wearing Vans. Like royale said, just keep a pair of dress shoes in case they don't allow it.

I wasn't sure about the T-shirt thing, just because last time I was there was this past 4th of July, so obviously everyone had t-shirts on, those were the ones I saw the most of. Thanks for the advice though everyone! I will def. check out that gilt.com site!
