A Reintroduction

Hey everyone,

I stumbled upon these forums researching for my upcoming trip to Vegas at the end of this month. I've been cooped up in New England since August after taking a full-time job 7 weeks after graduating from college, so excitement is high (and the relaxation necessary) for this trip. Originally from the San Francisco area and now in a town of 5000, I'm looking to have a great time and meet some people!

I actually went to LV with my then-girlfriend last December, but now that I'm across the country from home permanently I'll be linking up with some friends of mine in grad school who have never been to Vegas and who I haven't seen since moving out East. It should also be a lot more entertaining this time out since my friends are definitely more lively and outgoing.

That's basically me in a nutshell. If you're working in Vegas, living in Vegas, or just a big fan who happens to be there when we're there, I'm all ears on your impressions of how to make the good times roll and how my friends and I can bring a bit of freshness your way!

Ha, sorry to disappoint. Thanks for the love, though (from everyone).

Also, loving the Bay Area representation on this forum, being a product of the Bay myself. I still need to celebrate that World Series victory correctly (read: not in a land of all Yankees and Red Sox fans), so this upcoming trip to Vegas/San Francisco should settle that.
