Actual REAL burlesque?

In Phoenix, we have a killer burlesque scene. Amazing performances and swanky clubs. I've been searching to see if there are any real burlesque shows or places that have show, preferably on the strip. Nothing is coming up.

I understand Mandalay Bay used to have something called Forty Deuce but I think it's closed. You would think Burlesque would abound in Vegas but all I can find are cheesy flashy stuff. Any ideas?

I would like to know the answer to this as well. My girl loves burlesque and would die if I could take her to a club that has this as a specialty...
