Meeting people & partying on

Im planning to hit the palms pool when i get into vegas to try meet some people, is it quite common to find people who are doing bottles in clubs that night and are keen to let you join up? im traveling alone but want to get table service + easy access + meet people ..so this would be the answer

anyone got any negative / positive experiences on this?

If a no regarding the table service, are ppl pretty happy to join up for partying in general later in the night?

I'd bet that it's fairly easy to meet people as long as you're out there to do just that - meet people. If you go out there, though, with the intention of just meeting people to tag on to their bottle service, the intention will be transparent. I've gone it alone in Vegas and have found people to party with later that night, but it was always a more organic development.

Took my first solo trip out 2 weeks ago and had a blast. It was nice to do what you want, when you want. I had no problem finding people to hang out & party with. Have a great trip!

Vegas is one BIG social environment meeting people is easy, as long as your not one of those guys just bustin in the middle yelling being obnoxious cursing hitting on the guys wife yelling racial obsenities streaking down LV blvd throwing up gang signs shooting people with paint balls , yea then you should be fine for the most part

Never try inserting the catheter by yourself hungover (still drunk) though.. unless you've never seen how much pressure your veins actually have running through them by way of shooting blood.. haha. Pretty much impossible to do with one hand. Yes, this is from personal experience.

That's what your friends are for (although when they are hungover as well it may take 3 or more shots at getting it in the vein).

We did that quite a few times in the Army, but to be honest it is not of much benefit. It does aid in helping dehydration, but it doesn't help fix the electrolyte imbalance and many other things that alcohol does to you. Drinking some gatorade, taking some tylenol, and maybe a multivitamin is your best bet. Also, you have to eat!

No joke, but...

I did this at LAX in September 2007. LAX had just opened at the time and I was waiting for a bunch of people to show up.

I had table service booked, but so far it was only me. The doormen wouldn't let me in to do table service by myself.

I just started chatting with several Australian women (they were older than me). I told them I was waiting for some friends, but if they were interested in joining me inside for a table, we could go in right away.

They were cool with the idea and we ended up partying for the rest of the night!

Suffice to say, I never saw them again.
