Large Bachelor Party 12+, HELP!!!

Hello All,

I am in the midst of planning a Bachelor party for July next year and I would love some help. I'm aware of the immediate disadvantage we have because of the large size of the bachelor party. That being said, should I use a VIP service to ensure we all get in? Do those services even work? I was also told that if we book a hotel where we will be partying mostly at, it will be a bit easier to get into the venues located at there. Is this a good way to go? Any other pointers or recommendations would be appreciate.

1. don't stress! it's vegas!
2. prefer NOT to use a VIP service.
3. Do you know what clubs you want to go to? Which nights are you around and are you planning on clubbing all nights?
4. Strip clubs in the plans?
5. Dont worry too much about venues and hotels. It helps sometimes, but it won't be enough of a factor to help a ton of guys get into top notch clubs. Think of the concentration of places you want to go to and which hotels provide what you want in your budget.

You still have plenty of time to plan things out. A lot of things can change btwn now and July. I would start my planning 4months before the trip.

So far the weekend of July 8th, 2011 is the loose date. Strip clubs are definitely in the plans and as for clubs I would say TRYST, VANITY or XS is my preference. I also want to get into REHAB on Sunday, which was a pain in the butt last time. Bottomline, I want everyone to get into a fun hot spot with the least headache. Right now my budget is unclear, I do expect to spend a decent amount of money though. I've been to Vegas but never with such a large group so I have a rough idea.

i'll leave the night club advice to some of the more experienced experts on this board :P

However, stress free way to do rehab .... book a room at the hard rock sunday night of the trip, regardless if you're actually staying there or not that day .... doing the math on current rates says $75/person for line pass plus place to crash afterwards

Oh and I echo Vadik's comment on delaying the actual club planning. July is way out there.

Strip clubs are easy. Pick places to go, call them up, they'll send you a free limo and entry.

I get a corporate discount at the Hard Rock so most likely I will be staying there the entire weekend so that sounds like it will have an advantage. I would like a little more advice on getting a large group of guys into one of the top clubs.

Really the best way is to pay for bottle service. Usually 1 bottle around 450 each (about $600 after tax/tip) per 3-4 guys. 12 guys will likely be 4 bottles, but you may be able to negotiate it down to just 3 bottles. Depending on if you're going on a less popular night, you may be able to get bottle deals like buy 1 get 1 or by 2 get 1.

The other way is to try to grease the hosts or doorman say about $50 bucks a guy to get in.

For 12 guys and to get into the top clubs, Bottle Service will be a must. Top clubs or XS, Surrender, Tryst, and TAO. TAO has the highest minimums. For 12 guys you maybe looking at a 4 bottle minimum.

Broken down in order of simplicity:

1. Get bottle service
2. Extra thick grease*
3. Fix your ratio by picking up women and then grease less* ( If you aren't doing bottles, I recommend this method)
4. Get there early as hell and on any lists if possible*

*It's always going to be better if you grab girls to get into places, nobody wants to let 12 guys into their club.

Do BS.....the money you will spend on it will equal to approx the same that you would pay for paying cover and grease, and rounds of drinks.

I was planning on bottle service but I wasn't sure if that was still good enough to get everyone in. I will make sure to call wherever I plan on going ahead of time to book bottle service and find out what the bottle minimums are. Thanks for all the helpful advice gentlemen!
