The Bank??

Myself and a few others are staying at the Bellagio for three nights next weekend (12th-15th).

We're doing bottle service everywhere we go, and I'm wondering what The Bank is like? It looks like quite the fancy place and we're more laid back...but It'd be convenient as we're already staying there.

Sundays are good. Not sure about the other nights, as I choose to go else where.

As dnix said, Sundays are their "hottest" night, but I've been there on Fridays and Saturdays too and it's not like the place is dead or any worse at all. Since you're staying there I'd recommend going on Sunday and checking out other clubs the rest of your nights.

Most Vegas clubs are probably going to seem "fancy" compared to what you're used to at home (assuming you don't live in LA, NYC or Miami), but I wouldn't worry about it at all.

The Bank on Sunday is pretty good, but if you're looking for a Vegas mega club, The Bank just won't satiate your appetite. Tao, Rain and XS are your best bets if you're looking for a huge club to enjoy.

If you're doing bottle service, The Bank offers a more intimate feel, but with plenty of people everywhere to enjoy. I've never had a bad time at The Bank, my only qualm is that it feels like drinks are even more expensive here than at Encore/Wynn clubs, but I could be wrong.

Definitely do BS at Surrender. Otherwise it's $19 for a vodka redbull. I was impressed.

That'd be a great lineup for the weekend. I would contact the hosts and see which can offer you a better deal on Sunday. Either of those will be a great time with bottle service, so see what your options are and go with that.

The Bank isn't a bad choice on Sunday but if your gonna do bottle service be aware of this

I think when that happened, if I remember correctly, was mainly due to NOT using a JC host and potentially was booked through a 3rd party independent which we generally advise not to do.
