Also had an Incident at Surrender as well.. a member/ JC admin walked up to my Door Host Don Cole at Surrender Door and said," I work for Jack Colton webiste I dont wait in line. This is Bull Shit." Don came to me and asked me to deal with it.. out of respect I walked him up with no line like i did 25+ members each night of the weekend... but sure did give him a tongue lashign as I walked him in....

I heard the entire story, but I also heard how drunk a few people were that night (actually, "______ is fucked" is the text that came in at like 4am) and I can't imagine any circumstance of a bottle not being delivered that wouldn't have been handled if approached correctly. I mean, absolute worst case scenario, handled the next day through appropriate channels and more than likely had comped bottles given later in the weekend for the mixup and staff reprimanded if deserved.

We have an amazing community on these forums -- fully evident by the groups of friends that have formed from them, but I don't want any member (especially admins?!) disrespecting nightclub staff, feeling overly entitled when they didn't make plans in advance, and claiming that they work for me.

In 7.5 years of going to Vegas nightclubs most nights of the week, 5 of which as JackColton.com, I've had exactly two issues that escalated. Neither time did I try and pull the lame "do you know who I am" and / or "I'll have your job" card. To hear people are doing it and saying they are associated with the site and forums really makes me want to punch a wall.

That is the biggest joke line anyone can possibly use in a Las Vegas nightclub. Every nightclub employee hears it on a regular basis and makes fun of the person later. If someone really is as big as they think they are, then the problem either a) wouldn't have ever come up, and / or b) will probably be handled within minutes via text message to upper management.

All good. Everything will be fine, I just wanted people to be on guard if they see / hear someone doing this. Makes all of us look bad. And, if anyone considers doing it, to know that I've been watching plenty of violent kung fu movies lately.....
