Its co-headlined by Jay and Cold Play. There are three parites going on at the Cosmo and this is seperate from Marquee's thing. I have not heard that Jay was planning on stopping by Marquee or not but, he is a friend of Noah's. I doubt he is going to perform twice in one night.

I have not gotten one yet and people who I think should definitely be recieving them have not either. I would imagine them going out in the next 4 weeks likely right after Thanksgiving but, that just a guess.
