Has anyone ever been banned from a club/hotel property (a la Paris Hilton)? And has anyone gone against the ban?

A friend of mine was banned from HRH after being caught in the bathroom of Vanity with some "gum" I guess he's really lucky he didn't get turned over to the police, but it just sucks that he can't stay or party there anymore without the risk of getting into further trouble :\

Getting kicked out of the Hard Rock is like a right of passage!

As mentioned above, whether or not they actually took your ID / picture and made you sign anything is the big kicker. If they didn't, you are in the clear.

Otherwise, I've known plenty of people who go back into casinos when they were "asked not to," rarely is an issue....obviously avoid having to deal with security for any reason, stay under the radar.

Unfortunately, they did copy his ID & had him sign paperwork. I assume if he were to try to book a room, they'd run his info through their system and deny him. But let's say he just came to visit a friend...security is not gonna recognize him on sight or will they?

gubuju, I'm not sure if that was a real question or if you were being sarcastic...it's hard to tell on these boards! The gum was in reference to Paris Hilton's cocaine arrest. She claimed she thought it was gum that fell out of her purse, LOL.

I would say he should be fine if he's coming up to a room, just leave the blow at home. I doubt he's HRH's most wanted. If it involves an ID i'd avoid it though.

yeah.... unless he acts a fool again.. he will be arrested for trespassing... so just stay cool.. give it time to clear out..

Sad thing is...wasn't even his blow! Belonged to another friend of ours, who avoided trouble because the guy he got caught by preferred to be paid to look the other way :\ I'm not too fond of Vanity after that experience (especially since we had a table too)...but then again, those fools should've done that shit in the hotel room, not the club.

I m not going to name any names...
One of the members on a "trip" got kicked out of a "venue" during check in and asked to get rid of "it", then allowed back in the next day. The enforcement differs from venue to venue.
This venue's punishment is confiscation, and one day ban. Pretty laxed vs any place in Socal or the world for that matter.
