Its going to take a while! They were talking 2 years ago to expand the monorail to the airport, and still no action. South Point will maybe take like 15 years? hah

With all the high-profile arrests in Vegas lately, I wish the Clark County Detention Center would offer some hair and makeup services just before the mugshot booth, haha.

Side note, George is awesome. Nothing but good things to say about him.

They did, nobody rides it. Like most public transit systems it's a loser $$$

Im pretty sure if I was given the test, I would've blown somewhere in the .2's%. So no matter how little or much you drink...don't risk it and catch a cab home. I'd rather spend $20 on a cab, then face jailtime, lose my license, lose my job, face thousands of $$ in lawyer fees, and most importantly injure or kill someone.
I blew a 1.9 and was Fawked up. I think it's a multiples thing, like blowing a 1.7 doesn't mean you are 2x drunk but more like 5x

There was an article in the LVRJ a few years ago about this guy who's been advocating a Vegas subway system for decades.

My take is that the county commission is more solicitous of the needs of tourists than residents.
The only winning move is not to play.
