Hi all, I am new here. Hope those that are more experienced with Vegas help me learn a thing or two.

So I've been doing my research for my trip in early Jan, I came across this deal, but it really sounds too good to be true. Can anyone tell me if this is legit?

Travelzoo is a legit site. Never had any issues booking deals I've found through them.

Read the fine print - the suite is not being rented to you by MGM, but by "Luxury Suites International", a company that manages individual condotel units on behalf of individual owners.

Yes, the unit is physically located in Signature at MGM, but if you book through LSI, you are considered a private, personal houseguest of a residential unit owner, not an MGM hotel guest.

If you have pretty simple needs the experience will likely be more or less transparent, but it may get complicated if you have any issues.

Since you are legally in someone's private residence, MGM has nothing to do with you - Housekeeping is not done by MGM's housekeeping staff, it's done by an outside service contracted by LSI. If you have any problems with your linens, TV, plumbing, etc., you have to call LSI's office to send someone out - the front desk can't help you with anything and it won't be an MGM employee that comes to resolve the issue.

Anyway, that offer is only good until Dec. 29 so you can't use it in January. My advice is to sign up for the legit MGM Signature guest book; they regularly send out deals for $99, sometimes with resort credits, and you won't have to worry about the hassle of dealing with a 3rd-party management company.

It does not matter if you live in Las Vegas or if you are just going to - you will find times that Las Vegas money loans can really help out.
