I've been planning on coming back. It's just that the whole Vegas thing took a back seat to the end of school and looking for work. But I'm planning on going back next summer for Evo. I may squeeze in another trip before then if I can.

This past one was held at Caesars Palace. The year before that, I think it was at the Rio. It made Time's list of top 10 nerdy competitions.

I recently picked up Super Street Fighter 4, so I'm trying to get back into the scene. I'll finally have a chance to combine two of my favorite activities: SF and being awkward in clubs.

mAyOD is a possibility. It's way too far out for me to say with any kind of certainty, though.

I've been thinking it over some more, and I think I'm leaning toward going big for mAyOD and going budget for Evo. It's easy to spend your whole weekend just playing video games, and there's a good chance the tournament schedule will interfere with any going out I might want to do.

The official Evo dates have been announced. It'll be July 29-31 at the Rio. It's not 100%, but I'm pretty sure I'll be going. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is coming out next month, and I'm too hype for words. I think I'm going to use Zero/Storm/Chun as my team.
