There are usually 5 or so of these a year to deal with, I don't know why people find it so hard to write their own content.
Further, I'm confused at the business model on his site. You can't be an indy host with a "fuck the middleman" direct host contact page on a site that is selling the middleman. Nor can you be an indy host website and have relevant area advertisers. Needs to pick one way or another.
