Where is all the 711's/ABC/ Beer & Liquor Stores close to TI/Harrah's/Caesars?

I'll be staying at TI and my walking range is from the Fasion Show Mall to Caesars. I like to drink a beer and walk around in the day; I'd rather pay a couple bucks a beer versus $10. I'm a heavey drinker

There is a ABC store inside the Fashion Mall. Or sit down at some penny slots, and just take advantage of the free booze.

As iam flying over i want to save weight on the luggage. So from the type of places you guys are talking about, would i be right in guessing loads of places to grab shampoo, razor,s, suncream and all other toiletries? and not get ripped of.
