I get in on Friday as well but I'm across the street at PH. As for a steak, how much you want to spend? Delmonico at the V is hard to beat...but bring some cash because it can be spendy...

Aria's top steakhouse is Jean Georges, but you can also get a good steak at Union or Sage.

Good steak is not hard to find in Vegas

I honestly think you can't go wrong with any of the top ranked steak houses in Vegas. They are all good.
