This would be a fantastic piece of knowledge.That being said, if you're asking if it can be done, you're probably not at the level where you could pull it off.

To tell you the truth I just got lucky and made up my mind that a smaller loss would be better than not recouping anything. So I called them up and said I made a mistake, and that I meant to book one room for 3 people instead of 3 people in separate rooms and they went for it and to my surprise refunded the entire amount. Its probably a hit or miss though. Not something I would gamble on again, I have learned my lesson. But a important thing to note is the you have to contact the hotel you booked and get them to approve and give a cancellation code. Priceline will only tell you they don't do refund under any circumstances.Comment
