"Everyone should take sometime to check out that thread.. I think we are hitting almost 8 gigs of house music youtube clips up in there!"
Where/what is this thread you speak of? I like good music at the club. Music that is great to party to. High energy. Period.
I got onto some of this stuff late (only discovered Deadmau5 about three weeks ago and LOVE it) so I cannot fully comment on the house/techno/acid house/DnB etc. But I think I agree with most of what is said here. Wu-Tang is the shit, but I wouldn't want to try to dance to C.R.E.A.M. but more to Guetta. It's funny too, how the more mainstream and popular music becomes, the more the traditionalists pan it.That being said, if you're asking if it can be done, you're probably not at the level where you could pull it off.

You want to be at the club where girls want to be... not where guys get good bottle deals.

Las Vegas was good. Hell of a ship, hell of a crew.

+ fucken 1! They even mixed in some RATM. That night was EPIC! Don't remember much of it. I do remember waiting in the Taxi line looking at this one guy trying to cut, thinking to myself, "I'm gonna f-him up if he tries to get in front of me. Besides that though, I was the opposite when it came to the Hip-Hop. Gotta love music that makes booties clap. Wasn't into House music at all. I liked music from Justice, Boyz Noize, but I dont consider that house. My boy NyceGuy was kind enough to share a few songs with me and I slowly starting digging it. Still very picky about the music, buts its ok. As Nyce said, as long as the DJ is doing a good job, it won't matter what's playing when you're having a good time.Originally posted by NyceGuy View PostI grew up with mostly hip hop, and wasn't that much into house up until recently. But from my experience, the DJ's in Vegas know how to move a party and make it feel like its jumping. Perfect example is The Bank during the invasion. The DJ played Old hip hop, house, new rap, top 40. Everything to make the party feel and sound right. Everyone from the group (all had different tastes in music) left that night complimenting how good the DJ was.Jack Colton's AOD Invasion May 2010 = Success!!!
