New Year's 2010 Resort, Club Question

What's your favorite resort for New Year's?

What's your favorite club for New Years eve party?

and Why?

It's not like one particular club has the best party. You're pretty much guaranteed a good time almost anywhere. Last year we had the JC party at Cathouse in the Luxor. Normally we don't even mention that place, but for NYE it was a blast.

For resorts, there really isn't a "best place" overall, just what's better for you. I would keep it close to where you'll spend New Years Eve, so that its not a far walk afterwards, because they shut down the strip which means its Chaos for cab lines.

Thanks for the response. Some friends want to stay at Aria but want to party at XS and I was wondering how much of a pain in the ass it's going to be to get back to Aria after the nightclub closes. Will the taxi cabs and blvd return to normal after the clubs close after 4 am?

Good luck with cabs and cab lines. It's a mess. Walking from XS to Aria is a bit of a trek, but do-able.

Last New Years, I don't remember the walk to the cab line. The members lost me a few times due to me stumbling behind the group drunk, then we proceeded to hop in a cab in front of the cab line. Got chased down by an angry mob for doing so, and sat in the cab for 45 mins. On top of that, I left my phone in the cab.

But I don't remember any of it.
