Updated Host Contacts for Rehab, Haze, & EBC / Surrender.

So we are moving Rehab's host contact from Cory (per his request) directly to AMG's Randy Davila so that requests can be handled quicker and more directly. Cory thanks everyone for their support throughout the Rehab season. Randy is very senior with AMG.

Peter K has moved to San Diego, so we are placing everything in Stan Tudor's hands for Haze and Liquid. Stan is an excellent host to go through.

I'll have the new EBC / Surrender information tomorrow.
