while we were getting the run around with palms, harpos group wasnt able to get a room for halloween. if you guys spot some great deals or have an extra booking, pls keep them posted! ( they prefer center strip close to wynn/venetian). thanks!

not for sure yet! Amanda and i have been looking at flights/hotels for like a week now, cause the girls want to do something within budget because we were just in vegas for 5 nights 6 days, so if we can find a good enough deal then we plan on coming on thurs the 28th, and leaving on halloween day tho cause we cant get the following week off work ...We plan on doing tao on thursday for sure cause we loved it!! and my bday is on the 26th

well if you want to do really cheap there is the sahara. they often do $1 room promotions. Just like them on facebook for details. They just had one such promotion today.

It's not a great hotel though, and the only people I know who have been happy with it are college students. Misha stayed there on this august trip. I won a $1 room and gave it to him.

LOL...umm what about the tropicana...i heard its a old ppl hotel, but its just been newly renovated...and we can get it for 60 bucks each (between 4 of ) for the 3 nights...when we stayed at the mgm we wasted so much money on cab fare it was ridiclous!

i love the renovation of the trop. has a miami type feel and is a good value. problem is that it's right next to mgm and you'll pay a bunch for cab fare again. For good value look into bally's. Right at the center of the strip. not run down or anything. It's within walking distance of most things. and it doesn't have resort fees.

yeah i saw that! Even saw a good package for ballys..flight.hotel for like 380..but the flight is from across the border so we will see, in case anything else comes up in the next month or so...

Id go with Ballys or Rio if you want to go cheap. Rio is all suites, nice size rooms, and the rooms are ok. Ballys is easy to get an upgrade. I was upgraded to a north tower suite last LDW for a $20 tip. That was really nice for Ballys standards.

LOL thanks pete, but u dont want that, trust me! I have signed up for a few hotel deals...so far TI, Ballys and Tropicana seem to be in the running. Ahhh so excited if we come!

Plus, some of our stuff went missing from the MGM..we were there for 5 days, 6 nights...on the first 2 days we had the same housekeeper..but amandas ring went missing, then on the 3rd day we had a diff house keeper and she said our old housekeeper told the manager we were mean and she didnt wanna clean our room, which is weird cause the day before the ring went missing! We tipped her both days, and i even helped her clean the rooms, windexing tables, putting away empty bottles, and randomn stuff and we talked the whole time! So 3rd day some new girl cleaned our room..4th day (our last full day)the same girl came who we think stole amandas ring, we tipped her very GENEROUSLY because she was going to be in the room alone as all us girls had gone shopping and amanda was on her way out to ebc...we come back sunday night to pre drink before heading out again and go to pull out our bottle of malibu and its GONE! pretty much a full bottle, we were pissed! We called security and he wrote up a report, and now no one has gotten back to us a week and a half later, and then after coming home amanda realised her bikini from victoria secret was missing along with a tank top...do you guys think the hotel will do anything about it or we are out of luck? Pretty much $200 worth of stuff..

was her tank top red? i think she left it at EBC cause we had a red one at the end of the day.
