    Bachelor Party 10-9-2010 XS

    First off hi everyone! I happen to find this site through google searches to help plan for a Bachelor Party.

    I am planning a party for the 9th of Oct at XS. We will be a party of 13-15 males. If it makes a difference the wedding ceremony will be held at the Wynn and most of the gust are staying at the Wynn as well.

    The wedding planner gave me the info for Nikky Lethbridge who I believe is a Special Events Manager. When I called her I was told that reservations and details would be worked out with reservations and tables would be handing out at that night. Now, I was under the impression that details such as this would be worked out with the Special Events Manager?

    I searched the forums and found the thread about Ryan Perrings that "dnix" posted about and another thread regarding seating chart for XS. What I am looking for is bottle/table service and a hassle-free entrance. I would really like to get our party in the club as quickly as possible.

    Any suggestions or tips regarding the club or other activities?

    Work with any of the club hosts recommended on this website and you can expect hassle free service. In terms of cost, it can range greatly but usually 1 bottle per 3 people for table service is a good estimate.

    Especially with a party of 13-15 dudes it would be a good idea to get a table. It takes care of your cover, drinks, no wait and also you get a place to sit. Girls will also come to you

      Thanks cares. I was told it would be 3 per bottle and bottle starts at $450 so it is in line with your estimate.

      Do you happen to know which tables I should be requesting. I looked at the table seating chart and table size are not labeled.

      A couple members of the party have brought up the idea of having some girls that we would party with early in the day come with us to the club. I have been a firm believer to never bring sand to the beach but do you think it's worth exploring?

        The closer to the dance floor the more totes or money needs to be spent I would imagine with 13-15 guys you would get a good table. As far as bringing girls, I wouldn't. Invite them sure but dont walk in with them. Girls count as people at your table. So if you have a set number for how many bottles you have then you bring in 5 girls they will up your bottles and make you pay more when the his can walk in free on gl and join you inside.

          I thought that if it was a big group of guys you wouldnt get a good table because its all guys?

            I thought that if it was a big group of guys you wouldnt get a good table because its all guys?
            most tables are all guys... thats how they get into nightclubs. if not then they are paying cover and MAJOR grease to the doormen and hosts
