XS/Tryst split from Drais

Yes. Just happened today. They are no longer apart of the same company. The host I work with wanted forum members to know they could no longer hook members up with drais.

Drai and the 2 Waits brothers "managed" all 3 clubs together, but I think the Waits handled more of the day to day operations. Now it appears Drai is cutting ties with the Wynn/Encore operations leaving that to the Waits.

I think it could potentially alter XS/Tryst in long run without Victor's influence and with more Wynn influence, but in the short term looks like the Waits brothers will still be involved which should keep most of it status quo.

We know that Wynn cut Victor Drai a big check, likely north of $40 Million, yesterday. That Cy, Jesse, and all management and senior hosts at XS and Tryst had to sign a 1 year contract that they wouldn't go over with Victor.

Furthermore, within the next year to year and a half Tryst is slated to close for renovations and will open under a different name.

Down the street.....there is some sort of big movement with Light Group and Hard Rock, trying to confirm who bought what.

Notice that the word amicable is being used in everything about this. Victro Drai himself said the word amicable multiple times.

One would have to wonder if a really really BIG check means amicable, haha.

Its actually good for everyone the way things are right now and I don't believe that anyone was left with a bad taste in their mouth. The Waits brothers are the nicest people who literally worked their way up and Victor is great at what he does and really believes in ensuring that people inside his venues have a great experience. They all will do well.
