  • what about TABU

What about Tabu for a laid back time..........maybe to start the night off and then gamble............any reviews out there about it?

Before Blush, I would say Tabu is a pretty decent boutique lounge. Now its pretty much nothing too impressive. The fun factor is still there if you are just going there for pregaming.

MGM is usually my home base and I always hit Tabu at the beginning or end of the night. It's nothing but a small ulta lounge but you can a have a good time there with the right crowd.

every time i stay at MGM they toss me free entry there. but, i have yet to check it out. ask for free passes at the desk or look for them being handed out. If it's easy to walk in (which i think it is now) any place is worth having a drink.

is it wildly different on a saturday than say, Caramel, Vbar or Rhumbar?

why wait to get into, or worse yet throw down for bottle service if there are similar experiences to be had without the cost or hassle?

Wasn't too impressed with Tabu when we went there. I wouldn't think about it as a pre-gaming venue. I'd rather pre-game somewhere where you and your buddies can talk (and meet new people).

Tabu used to be a great spot a few years ago but it can still be a fun spot for prepartying.
