Thursday Nights

Guys what do you recommend for Thursdays besides the clubs recommended on this web site for Thursdays (Tao, Tryst and Vanity). I don't doubt those are good Thursday night choices, but I'm sure the lines are long and I'm doing the bachelor party thing, so no girls.

Anything else in play for a group of 30 year olds? I like what I've read about Lavo is this place dead on Thursdays or is it OK?

I would recommend Haze, but recently our members have had such a hassle of trying to get in. Once they got in they got hassled, so I would only stick to those reliable options.

royale, what kind of hassle has haze been giving? i'm thinking of heading there late this thursday after we fly in, since it'll only be a few of the guys in my bachelor party there. but if it's a pain, then i dunno...

That was me! Let me start out by saying we always do Tao first on thursdays then head over to Tryst around 1ish. The hosts at both of these places are fantastic and will greatly put a couple guys on the guestlist no questions asked. Well this trip we thought we would try something different on a thursday and try out Haze. Don't get me wrong the venue is BAD ASS! The lights, the set up, its really cool, reminds me a lot of a bigger version of the bank. Venue doesn't make up for how shitty their customer service is! First of I texted the host earlier in the day nicely asking if he could get me, (1 guy) and 1 girl on the guestlist, he so rudely replied 4 hours later with no. Ok, I decided screw that we are going to tryst. Texted Ryan with XS and within 2 minutes was replied to with a no problem man your all set. Although we got on that list, maggie, who some of you know still really wanted to go to Haze, I lost the fight and at 1030 we were headed to Haze. The line wasn't terrible and I was thinking it wouldn't be to bad of a wait which It wasn't. Got up to pay cover and was told it was 60 bucks, 60 bucks? WTF! On a thursday night? Who the hell do they think they are? After some haggling got it down to 30 and the girl comped. The place is awesome! Ordered drinks, surely the most expensive I have paid in all of vegas. The music was good, some old school mixed in with top 40. Then I was minding my own business standing around checking some texts and was rudely yelled at to move! I wasn't near any stairwells or enterances or exits, I have no idea why I was told that. I did have a good time but for all of the hassles I will not be back until things change around there especially since tao and tryst trump that place on a thursday anyways.

Hmmmmm, I so was the text reply from Haze rude because the guestlist answer was no?

I got in touch with a host there that I used one time three years previous to that and he put five of us on the guestlist no questions asked. Had a great time in Haze for the short period I was there. Would like to go back.

Drinks didn't seem any more outrageous than anywhere else from what I remember.
