Las Vegas Tipping

So Vegas is not so new to me since I been coming up with my parents since I was about 6

But now as an adult , I pay my own way and have only been up there a handfull of times since I turned 21 (now 26). When I first turned 21 I didn't have a good job so I would tip very little. Now running my own small business I am able to tip more, but what would you guys consider a decent tip for the following...

1. Buffet server
2. Room service for food
3. Taxi Driver
4. Hotel person that opens the taxi door
5. Bar tenders
6. Table hosts
7. Hotel person that takes bags up to the room
8. Show server
9. Casino waiter that brings beers to the table.

Don't know the exact names of the jobs but I did my best to describe.

Also, can you please give me a high and low tip number and anyone else I might of forgotten.

I'm not sure if it's the standard, but for:
1. buffet servers I tend to serve a little bit less than a real server. Between 10% unless he really goes out of his way to get me my drinks really fast
2. Room service for food usually has auto-grat. I think 18%or20% is automatically included in the bill
3. Taxi Driver I usually tip anywhere from 10% to 20% depending on how friendly and nice he is
4. The cab whistler I usually tip $1~$2. I see people all the time that don't even tip him so I figure that anything is better than nothing
5. bartenders i tip $2 per drink even if it is a glass of water
6. I've never organized bottle service myself so not sure how much the host has been tipped
7. I've never had more than 1 carry on so never used the bellhop
8. what is a show server?
9. start off with $10 tip, then $2 dollars for every drink. 3rd round and further i just do $1 per drink.

8. I agree with everything Chris84pia says, except for 9. "casino waiter that brings beer to table" I'm usually gambling with someone else, so for the first round, I'll just give $5 for the two drinks. after that, I just give $1-2 for each drink depending how fast they are. and if they just give me stuff off the tray so I don't have to wait, like someone else's water or drink (someone that left the table without waiting for their drink) I'll tip more..

5. Bar tenders - $2 per drink
7. Hotel person that takes bags up to the room - $10
9. Casino waiter that brings beers to the table. - $5 first drink then $2 after that
