  • Hard Rock/HRH Resort Fee Include Internet?

Cant seem to find a straight answer anywhere. Anyone know who's been here before whether the resort fee includes internet or not?

If not, any clue how much internet is?

    Thanks

No, its an additional fee. Resort fees are mandatory and I usually just count that as the total rate per night.

In-room internet access: Yes. Internet Wi-Fi service also is available in your hotel room for a fee.

Yup, it works that way at the MGM Signatures. HRH needs to nickle and dime where they can Don't accidently knock over a water bottle.. that would be $4.95 when the sensor goes off.

In Vegas? I don't recall many in my experience, most have a separate internet fee.

MGM Sig, MGM, Palms ($1 "resort fee, $15 internet), Trump, Hard Rock, Luxor, Venetian, Palazzo, Encore, Mandalay Bay, and others all offer it included with the resort fee.

This is assuming the info on Vegas.com is correct

It's not. Have stayed at almost all of those places and didn't get net with a resort fee.

Only place i can remember net being included was the Excalibur. Not really worth it to stay there for free net, though.

Of course, things could have changed.

It's definitely not. I've stayed at Bellagio, Hard Rock, Venetian, Palazzo, and Wynn all within the past 3 months, all of these have a separate internet fee that is approx. $14-15 per 24 hours...Bally's and Monte Carlo also have similar rates that I know of.

The town is loaded with towers. You're gonna be doing mostly information searching, not watching Hulu, right? So I'd just try to pony up something so you can attach your phone to your laptop. Or if you're a pretty heavy traveller like me, it might be worth it to invest in a data plan. I just looked and Clear has 4G service in Vegas, so when I drop in, I'll just be using my dongle. They can shove that $15 for shitty internet stuff.

Encore has internet included in the resort fee. When you try to get on it tells you it is $14whatever per 24 hours. You can just put in your Last Name and Room Number and get online for free. The internet fee won't even appear on your bill.
