Well, as a girl who frequents Vegas seasonally, I've had a few more "Walk of Shames" than I'd like...

However, you can tell if the girl's really in to you, or just hustling drinks from you. If the club is starting to die down, and she's still finding your company enjoyable, more than likely she's willing to at least go to your room for drinks.

Don't let the coyness fool you, most girls who hang out with you for an excessive amount of time (especially towards the end of the night) - she's not going to want to go up to your room just for drinks. Just ask her nicely if she'd like to go have a few more drinks, go eat or go up to your room. Depending on the level of intoxication, she'll gladly go up to your room - as long as she's not threatened by you. Don't be a creep about it.

But please, make sure your friend isn't too drunk to know what the hell is going on, otherwise you'll have a batshit crazy girl to deal with in the morning.
