Id decide where your going to end up, before plotting the pre-game. Unless your staying at the Luxor or going to LAX that night (which I wouldnt suggest), Im not sure why you would pre-game there.

I agree with Dnix. Cathouse is cool, but completely out of the way of everything. If you're gonna end up at XS for example, it doesn't make sense to travel all the way down to Luxor for Cathouse.

BUT from the little that I remember from New Years there.... the place is kinda small but it was a fucken blast!!! But then again it was an AOD party so that's probably why it was so much fun! lol

I love Cathouse! Small but good times. Nice place to start. Although it will be super dead if you are pre-gaming it.
