Pool party... in October?

So, I cannot seem to get a definite answer on this one, are pools open in October? I'll be in Vegas Oct. 9th to 12th.

I know Rehab closes the last weekend of september, but that's all the info I've found.

What about Wet Republic & Bare?

Last year Wet had its closing party on that weekend, so you might get lucky.

Wet was open till Oct. but not sure if many would be brave enough to test the waters... but since you are from MTL, I m sure cold is different to you

I was there last year mid-Oct and Wet was still open, but not in "party mode". No DJ's or anything. No lines, maybe 1/3 of the people as a summer weekend, plenty of space to hang out, weather still perfect for getting in the water. Think it was 85/90 most days.

Yea, there seems to be a misconception on what the temp is like during Oct.

It gets cold-ish at night, but if you're going from hotel-to cab-to club, it's no big deal. I usually go every year in Oct for my b-day and as far as I can remember, it's definitely been warm enough to go to the pool.

During the day it's still in the 80's, at night it might get a bit chilly. Unless you're planning on swimming at night, you should be fine.

Basically, October is actual Desert weather.

I went to TAO Beach in late October one year - def not the regular pool scene, no DJ no lines but we still had a great time in the hot tub! When the sun was out it was awesome - it's just the breeze that kills it! Now that I look back I'm surprised how many people were there considering it was Halloween!
