SO TRUE! We were sooo excited to go to XS and we were sooo dissapointed when we walked out of there. The $30 was well worth skipping the 2 hour wait, IMO. But the place was overpacked, and you couldn't move at all, so we ended up leaving 5 minutes after we arrived. It was November, and the outside area at XS was freezing cold. No bueno.
We'll try again next trip - hopefully it won't be too cold!
