Questions regarding the Palms

Hey guys, im lookin at booking the palms tomorrow for august, there is the Palms Place and the Palms Hotel Casino i think they are called.

Im booking in the cheaper one which i think is the casino - what is the difference between the two? If staying at the casino, will i have access to all the pools and stuff which is talked about?

Im looking at USD$229 (sat) and $99 for each sunday and monday (total $427)... are these rates reasonable for what im getting? Sorry i just have no idea about USA.

If something goes wrong with the booking ill be crashing at Planet Hollywood which comes to $331 for the same 3 days - which i thought seemed pretty good value being on the strip and all.

This city has WAYYYY too many awesome options for places to stay its doing my head in! hahaha

they are just seperate towers, palms place (more expensive) is an all suite-condo property thAt has its own pool but next door to the casino accesible via the moving walkway. plams place is very nice, spacious good restaurant in simon and you have access to both pools plams pool, and palms place pool, but if you stay at the palms you only have access to the palms pool (which is alot better anyway) but I would say its a good deal for the plams, but just check out priceline.com dont do the name your own price pick hotels west of strip and you should find the palms ive found incredible deals this way
