  • Need A Little Direction for Sat. May 9th

First off, let me say thanks for all the information and reviews you have published on the website, it was a great help to me.

Here is my problem... I'm still lacking a little direction (or my head is spinning a little much to make a decision).

I and several friends will be in town for a wedding on Friday with most of the attendees leaving on Saturday morning. A few of us are going to stay until Sunday and I was looking for some help on what to do, or how to handle, Saturday night.

There will be six of us and we were looking to try and book a table reservation and bottle service at one of the clubs.

My questions... bear with me we don't get out to Vegas all that often.

    - If YOU were to go to a club for a table reservation and bottle service where would YOU go Saturday? Were not high rollers but not afraid to drop some chips if need be, 200 to 300 a person. (I guess that's legit???)

    - Am I too late to make a reservation?

All of us are in our late twenties... I'm sure I will get different opinions but maybe a few could help and narrow it down a little for me.

    Thanks for the help.

Its never too late for table service. The date your doing it, you could probably walk up to the doorman, and tell him you want a table with no issues. Personally, Id make a reservation with one of the host on the website, the morning of, or before.

My choices would be Tao, Tryst, Pure, or Moon. But on a sat. night in Vegas, its hard to go wrong.

Dnix gave you some good info. You may also want to consider The Bank. XS is also a great choice, but may be more than it sounds like you guys are looking to spend.

Thanks for the responses so far, keep them coming I like to hear what everybody has to say.

I think as far as a reservation goes I might just wait until we get down there. We fly in on Wednesday so we might look around first then book it on Thurs, or Fri. That shouldn't be to late will it?

This would be my order of preference on a regular Saturday night:
                    1. XS - never been but heard great things, and since it is weekend after Memorial Day you shouldn't have a huge problem getting a table
                    2. Tryst - been twice - great bottle service
                    3. Jet - not in the same class as XS, Tryst, Tao, etc but I had a great time, probably b/c we had a table on the stage in the main room
                    4. Tao - good time if you like huge clubs - was very crowded
                    5. Moon
                    5. The Bank - just b/c I've never been

Also, ask the VIP Hosts on this site - if they have any specials - could you buy 2 bottles, get the 3rd 1/2 off? Doubtful, but worth asking. Could be rumors but I've heard some clubs are starting to struggle a bit. Also, ask what kinda music they play to make sure they play what your friends like.

It's all luck -all you can do is pick 1 club and hope for the best. If you get a good table, you like the music, and there are some ladies, then you're gonna have a good time at any of the places above.

My first choice these days is XS. It's the newest major club, and in my opinion the most luxurious and well-designed. That being said, all the major joints (Pure, Tao, Tryst, etc) on a Saturday night are going to provide you with an awesome experience, so you have plenty of options regardless.

You could book a table as late as Friday or possibly even the day of seeing as how you're not going on a busy weekend. Have fun dude
