Just kiddin' - they're just rooms, pretty much all the same - front door, bathroom with sink/toilet/shower, bed and chairs to sit on. The difference is the view from the room - whether you're looking at the pool / strip, or if you're looking out over the scenic UNLV campus and Terrible's Hotel and Casino.
