Restaurants in the Downtown area

We're staying at the Encore the weekend of 08/06, and since Encore is closer to the downtown area than the middle of the strip, I just wanted to know about some of the better restaurants in the downtown area. Specifically, restaurants that are still open at 4:00 AM.

Or

Any other good restaurant that is off the strip, and fairly close to the Wynn/Encore.

I have been there quite a few times, always for the Hiabachi and its has always been good. There is a chef there that is quite entertaining....and the food is great . I don't know if it is open till 4am ... but it is open pretty late if i remember correctly.

I didn't make it on my last trip ... I definatley plan to go when I am there in August.

No, we'll have a couple cars or if we're too drunk we can always take cabs.

I heard cab rounds are always ~$10 in LV. Is this true?

As far as downtown it still isn't closer to encore than the rest of the strip.

These are the classic graveyard special type places. Victorian room has 4.99 steak and eggs. Lucky's has 7.77 steak, shrimp and mashed. And uh 15.00 ayce prime rib I think. In general lucky's has better food. If you go there get a coupon at restaurant.com but make sure to buy the coupon with a coupon code. It changes all the time, ask me ifyou want it.

If you can move your meal up to 3am and you are willing to spend a lot more I guarantee you the best eats are at Raku.

Thanks for the recommendations man! I'll definitely try out Lucky's and Victorian room. I'll remember to print out the coupons from restaurant.com before I leave.

make sure don't buy them without a coupon code. the coupon codes cycle between 50, 60, 70, 80% off.

To find out which is available at the time go to dealnews.com and search for restaurant.com.

right now they are at 60% but i assure you within a week and a half they will be back up to 70 or 80.

It works too. There is a thread here with people verifying that. Oh and of course I verify it as well.
