  • VIP wristbands - Palms clubs

    Hello all!

I am returning to Vegas after a 3 year absence and a group of 4 lads are wanting at least one night at a club (most likely a Friday) I have seen the VIP wristbands advertised for around $70 - have any of you used these? What are the queues like? also how easy is it to switch clubs throughout the night?

Would you add anything regarding dress code from what Jack has said on his website? Anything we should really avoid wearing besides the obvious.

    Any tips would be appreciated.

    Cheers

Hey, welcome to these forums. Don't forget to introduce yourself in the "Introduce Yourself" forum.

It should answer most of your questions. I myself am trying out the Palms wristbands for the first time in two weeks, but it sounds like there are no issues hopping between clubs and lines are usually only a few minutes. Dress code should be the same (check Jack Colton's specific reviews for each clubs for more details, but nice jeans, good shoes, and a collared shirt should be fine)

Wristband works great, when we were the the group got a little split up, so we wound up going back and forth between all the clubs a few times and it worked with no problems. Ghostbar and Rain were much faster to get into though than Playboy and Moon even with the wristband; you get put in a faster queue but there's still a wait.

As for clothes, shirt, black leather shoes and decent jeans works fine.

Was looking at this option some time over LD weekend but it says not available, I take it you will just have 2 pay cover at whatever club you choose??

I have never read one complaint about those wristbands on here. But I think you should buy it through a site/person that someone recommends on here..Cause I was under the impression they are more then $70
ask these guys where they bought theirs and use their source..

I was going to buy them direct from the link on the rain website. I think we are going to get the $132 hosted bar package for 6th August....unsure which of the clubs to actually take the hosted bar though as I think it is only one...any tips?

              Cheers for the advise guys

The wristbands work great. All the guys in your group should buy them. You can go on the N9NE group website and put all the girls on the guest list for each for all 4 clubs (if you have girls in your party). Then you don't have to pay for a wristband for the girls. We had a group of 4 guys and 4 girls, and we only paid for the guys. I put all the girls on the guest list online a few days before we went out and it worked great. The bouncers were appreciative that we had the girls on the guestlist, as they didn't have to make the decision whether to let the girls in free.

It's actually cheaper at Ghostbar, though you might just want to get it done wherever you plan on spending the most time.

I enjoyed Ghostbar for the view, but not much else. It is really not that big or anything overly spectacular.

Playboy was cool, but was extremely crowded.

I actually forgot to check out Moon. I will be checking it out this weekend for sure.

I got my hosted bar at Rain and loved it. The hosted bar area is up on the 3rd floor above the DJ booth and has plenty of room. You can still mingle, but are not packed in like sardines. You also have your own bathrooms! That is always a plus once you break that seal. Just beware of the stairs - they can hurt ya going down em after a few too many

The VIP wristbands are awesome, it annoys me I hadn't found out about them earlier - one of my friends mentioned it to me but I wasn't paying that much attention and figured it was some bullshit 3rd part ploy. Next time I'll listen.

I was going to grab some for next weekend and wanted to try out the hosted bar but I can't find them on the N9NE site, either I'm overlooking them or they're just offering vip right now but I can't find them. If you know where to look that my dumbass hasn't I promise to dedicate my first ketel on ice of the night to you... hell, even the second.
