My buddy just got a room at Encore for $166 per night for our upcoming weekend on kayak.com. Expedia and everyone else was advertising $376 so this was a killer deal.

I got a ridic package deal a while back from southwest vacations, 4 nights at Encore(thurs to mon) and roundtrip direct flight from Chicago for $775. Flight alone is close to 400 so room worked out to be around $100 a night! Vegas def has some good deals to be had especially at the higher end properties. Frankly anything less than 200 on a weekend at Wynncore is a deal.

I checked in this past Thursday and tried the sandwich trick. The chick at the front counter says there wasn't anything available and then asks me if I want my bill back...wtf?
