Will be staying here for the first time, next Thursday. Booked a Corner Suite, but I'm going to try and tip the desk person and see if we can get an upgrade.

I stayed at Aria at the May invasion and it was absolutely awesome. We booked a 2 bedroom penthouse and tried to be upgraded but had no chance.

Nevertheless, the room was fantastic. great view, great service. I can only recommend it.

If you don't get what you reserved, ask to speak to a manager (or just go find the front desk manager.....they have different colored suit jackets on). When we stayed there earlier this summer, the maids ididn't clean our room before we checked in. We opened the door and there were dirty towels and shit everywhere. I went downstairs and grabbed one of the managers and told him what happend. He immediately gave me keys to a new room with a better view, and he gave me a $175 food and beverage credit. Like earlier posters have said, it is a new hotel and they want to keep your business, so don't be afraid to ask for some comps if they don't give you two beds like you reserved. Other than that initial problem, our stay at Aria was awesome.

haha i don't know what you could possibly upgrade to besides the villa sky suite which is like 4-5k a night. 2 bedroom penthouse suite is pretty much the top room for what an average joe could get at aria

i believe when i looked at it, it was about 750-800/night on non-holiday weekends before tax and stuff. correct me if im wrong
