So,five of us Aussie boys from Melbourne have decided to up the anti on our boys trips. Sick of Sydney and the Gold Coast...so why not do Vegas!
August 20 we are doing a road trip in from LA for 5-6 days. Basically I'm after some tips on where to go,and what to expect.
I'll set the scene for you on what we are. All recently turned 30..some married,some not, however we still think we're in our low 20's....so I guess this is our final trip of being animals before we grow up once and for all and sail off into the sunset.
Between the five of us we are a mix of 'lazy couch potatoe sports nuts' to 'raging nightclub til 7am each weekend' types,so we are after a good mixture.
Firstly,can you reccomend any good sportsbars/sportsbooks that we can kick back and place a few bets and have some quiet drinks at and tell stories to the locals about how we have to wrestle crocodiles to get to our cars each morning before work?
Secondly,the party/nightlife? Where do we have to go? We realise with 5 of us it's going to be an issue to get into most places,so we might have to split up and try sweet talking some girls to line with us or something...otherwise be content on chatting up some 40 year old cougar who is playing pokies at 2am in the casino.
The boys are pretty set on Rehab due to the ridiculous looking girls in the Gallery section each sunday. Is there any issue in getting in there? Do you have to look like a movie star and built like a muscle bound freak show to get in? Not saying that we don't look like that
,but it would be good to know that if you have to line up from 7am,it would be kind of dissapointing to get knocked back at the door.
So yeah,any reccomendations on where to go,must do's,etc.
