Dude I think it's a bust. Seriously they call themselves a bath house! Bath houses were famous in the 70's for homo's to meet and get there freak on. When Colton put up the lavo headliner it claimed it was a lounge restaurant bath house.

I stayed 3 nights at the wynn during superbowl weekend and besides the rooms being spacious and a couple other cool features the colors and patterns wynn went with seemed old and outdated. The carpets were a orangish color with a funky cream pattern, the walls were not painted but laid with a light orange textured wallpaper yuck. Alot of tarnished brass everywhere. The floor to ceiling windows were nice but the bronzy orange color of the glass wasn't appealing. He sold the bellagio which in my opinion blows away both wynn and encore. big swing and a miss on these 2 properties. (the golf course and clubs are nice though)

Vegas hit it's peak when bellagio, Venetian, mandalay an palms were finished. Vegas can do without city center , mont bleu, trump, and I forget the others that are under construction.

well looks like he might be buying it back. MGM is in a shitload of trouble and are going to be unloading properties in the coming weeks because of credit issues and deadlines

LAVO is a good place to deals but vegas has so many places there are deals all over.. its a good place to start the night in my option but later on in the night there are better places to go to... !!! Thats about it in my option.. so start the night there and see for your self.. it gets crazy there too with the tao promotions team supporting it.. they can bring a crowed almost any where..

LOL....messy mgm is unloading several of their properties and they have credit issues with creditors and a May deadline but you have nothing to worry about. there may be some small operational cutbacks that you really wont notice and even if they file for bankruptcy its merely for protection and reorganizing.....the hotels will fuction as though nothing happened, its all business shit you will not be affected so go ahead and book it there may even be deals to be had with them.

Now the casino floor is not the only place your placing your bets. Your also gambling when it comes to making a reservation for a room. You get here and the place you had a reservation at is now not in business. hahahaha I honestly wouldnt worry about that happening with the MGM but with one of the northern strip hotels like the "Love Inn" haha

I was at LAVO last night and must say I had a great time. The music was good with DJ FiVE on the tables. Its no TAO but it is nice to be able to be in the nightclub for a little bit. And then head down stairs to chill out and smoke some Hooka and watch the Treasure island Pirate show across the street or have a drink at the bar and check out the cool Meditteranian archictecture surrounding the place.
