Thursday Night Suggestions

Hi everyone!

I will be in Vegas next week from May 7-10 and staying at the Mirage. I want to go out on Thursday but my problem is this: my flight does not arrive until 11pm on Thursday night.

My group consists of just two guys, myself and a friend from college. I'm in my late 20's and he's prob. 2-3 years older than me. He's arriving earlier in the day so he'll be checked into the hotel before I arrive. All I have to do is just drop off my bag in the room, quickly change, and we're ready to go.

We already have Friday night covered and are thinking of doing our big club night at either Tryst, XS, or the Palms/Rain with Oakenfold on Saturday night. The real question is Thursday. I really don't want to do bottle service on Thursday night, as we'd probably do that on Saturday night instead for our big night out.

Knowing all of this, what are my best options if I don't show up to a club until say midnight or shortly after on Thursday?

everywhere will be pretty good, the best spots will be tryst and tao of course but it might be tough to get in BUT with only 2 guys I dont think you will have a huge problem you should probably do tao since youre considering tryst for sat.

Dude, by the time you get to whichever club you pick, it'll barely be cracking. There's always after hours too.

Yeah but if they hit a club and its packed before 11, they will be waiting for a while to get in. Killerfanatics is right though usually clubs don't even get started till midnight or later. I suggest greasing the doorman since you wont have any time to pull off some girls unless you meet them in line outside of the club.

Yeah, my main concern is not having to wait over an hour in line if we show up at the club around midnight-12:30am. We plan on staying at whatever nightclub we hit until closing and then going somewhere else after hours.

If we decide not to do table/bottle service Thursday or Friday since right now it's just the two of us, is our best option greasing the doorman? Would we be able to go through any of the hosts listed on this site to get us past the line and into the club?

Also, just FYI, I've only been to Vegas once before and went to JET on a Saturday night. Waited an hour in the general line but got in line right when the club opened.

I say skip trying to hit any clubs Thursday since you'll be getting in too late to get in any good ones without heavy greasing and bottle service. Just hit up a strip club or gamble or whatever. Save the money for going all out Friday and Saturday.

If you do decide to go clubbing Thursday, though, I'd say go to Tao. I like Tryst alot but if you're going to XS later that week, Tryst is basically a smaller, not-quite-as-nice version.

Tao on Thursdays is loaded with ladies, ask for Larson when you get there , expect to tip. Tryst is great 50/50 on Thursday expect to grease. Wanna cheap come and go fun spot? Carnival court bar outdoors on the strip, then hit drais. Wake up Friday then repeat.

Oh and in my opinion XS was not as good as tryst but this was in januarary after they had opened.

What you do is up to you. Mr. Las Vegas is a host and im sure he can help you out if you want. But without a host/bottle service/greasing your going to have trouble getting in without waiting. You should always get to the main clubs no later then 10:30 or 11:00 if your not doing bottle service.

Contacted Larson and he got us on the guest list for Tao on Thursday night. He said there may be a short wait if we get there around 12:30a - maybe up to a half hour. Nonetheless, it'll be well worth it. I'll def. have to give him a tip if I happen to see him that night.

Thursday is the best day to do table/ bottle service in vegas and u can get good deals/ tables in main rooms for less then friday and saturday.. !!! in fact every club in vegas that is open on a thurday will be crackin and here is a small list of places i would suggest that we can get good deals at.. LAX, JET, Prive, TAO, Tryst, MIX, ROK, Palms, Voodoo, Ect. As for VIP hosted enty (no wait) or guest list for all of las vegas i can help with this too.. just P.M. me for the 411

Has anybody been to Jet lately on a thursday night? I'm thinking of doing bottle service there on the 23rd.
