You're probably talking about Pussycat Dolls Casino in Caesar's Palace. Yeah, there's dancers there along with dealers.
Same idea with the Pleasure Pit at Planet Hollywood.

Those are the only 2 that I know of.

Which casino in Fremont did you dealt cards? I usually head down there when I want to play some blackjack.

If you do end up dealing cards at Gilley's, I will have to pay a visit and toke well.

Your mostly correct. But it can't get any worst, almost.

The rules on strip party pits for blackjack are usually 6:5 or on natural, 6 to 8 desk shoe or continuous shuffle machine, dealer hit on soft 17, no late surrender.

So looking at ~97% return on the money compare to ~99% to good blackjack. If your serious about the game that, ~1.5-2% does make a difference. But for tourist, its short term so it doesn't matter. So enjoy the eye candy, flirt with the dealers and order lots of free drinks from the cocktail waitress.

It's better than playing slots!
