Well we went up there around 8ish just to check out the lights out deal. It wasn't very crowded at all, it was just people that were there to check out the view and to check out that event. We were there for about 30-40 mins then got bored cause there wasnt really anything going on, but it was really early. I had a beer and my friend had some specialty drink which she said was pretty good. There wasnt a DJ, they were just playing songs and saying the countdown and talking about the lights out event. And I know I'm a wuss, I am not a fan of heights at all!!! That elevator ride is sick but wasnt fun since we had just had dinner.
