Does my schedule need tweaking?

story:
few friends mixing work and pleasure. there a week.

the particulars:
- anywhere from 2-5 guys, mid-30's.
- not sure if everyone will go for bottle service, we're used to just walking into clubs in our past, greasing the front IF we had to, and HATE to wait.
- usually do the smaller lounges (Blush/Tabu styles)
- doesnt have to be the most popular, just good clubs without the under 22 crowd. (no offence)


my scheduling questions are:

Monday- XS
only 2 guys this night, will there even be a line at 10-11pm? Is it crazy to think we just walk in when they open? I really want to go to XS, without dealing with the weekend uproar.

Thursday- Tryst
everything I read tells me this place has lots of space, generally not a youngish crowd, and is one of the better spots. Good choice for bottle service this night? Or could I even consider walking in with 4 guys at 10-11pm? What kind of tip would I have to offer the doorman?

Friday+Saturday-
I dont think I even want to bother with the most popular clubs, although if Tryst works out, maybe go back? How are places like LAX and Pure for our type of group? Any places we get in with minimal wait, for 3 guys? I could see us doing Blush these nights, we all had good times there in the past.

yeah, it was a joke to signify a club with only 21yr olds.

I definitely prefer pure to LAX because of the outdoor area.

But LAX is easier to get into in my experience. Not that the standards are really high but because the line area is just sloppy.

If you go early (10pm) on a Fri/Sat, any chance to pretty much just walk in with minimal wait at places like Pure?

I'm not sure if I misunderstood, but are you saying you like the smaller lounges? if so, I think Revolution in Mirage has a diverse crowd, and basically 22+ year olds.. I think it's more of a lounge then a club, but I saw people dancing there. It's small, but I think it might be something you are looking for.

In regards to your last question, I don't know anything about Pure, but I think even before a club opens, there is a lot of males waiting.. but it's probably better to get there early than late.. have fun and happy planning.

yeah, we do usually prefer the lounges, and will give Revolution a try this trip. Thanks for the tip!!

But I am trying to get the guys to hit up at least a couple of clubs, especially some of the nicer ones I havent tried before, XS and Tryst.
Just to try something different, and those seem to be the places most recommended on here.
