If I'm going, I'm just going to head over to Montreal - probably get a room at the Residence Inn downtown [only a couple blocks away from the Peel Pub, a decent spot, McGill U. and not too far a walk from everything]

if time/expense is a factor, you guys should just do Montreal.. It's more central/closer for a lot of people in this thread.

Most people that have gone to both Toronto and Montreal will tell you that Montreal has a better party vibe. Also, in terms of sightseeing Montreal has more to offer.

I have talked to about 3-4 canadians today, and thats the vibe I m getting. Perhaps we should just stay in Montreal and go to Toronto if we want to on a train. Like reverse the trip.

As much Id like to try to piggyback onto your nights out in my hometown, I strongly agree with what you guys have heard....if your tight on time, definetly concentrate on Montreal and skip T.O.
