Want to tip hosts for guest list, can't find

I have perhaps a unique problem. I have made use of the host contacts on jc.com and they've been very helpful getting me and my gf in free on the guest list.

We're just two people and we usually arrive early so I suppose it's no skin off their back. But I never see the actual host, so I'm not able to give him a tip. He didn't walk me in (again, we arrive early), but still. I'm going with a larger group this time and if we get in free on the guest list I would like to tip the host something for his trouble.

But I don't know where he is or how to find him and i don't want to be the drunk dude demanding to see a particular person, lol.

I know it's not a lot of money compared to bottle service tips and they probably don't usually get tipped for guest list and all but I do want to give it to them.

You can just tell him in advance you want to give him a gratuity for his help, and let him know you'll text him when you get there. I'm guessing he'll probably not even come out cause he'll be busy..
I don't think I'd give it to another host to give to him, but if you do, you can tell him you did that to ensure he gets it.

yeah brandon ring didn't come out to see me, and patrick wasn't even there two days I went. I guess it's not enough money for them to care, but I feel bad because I tip everyone else in vegas for seemingly anything. But the best thing I get on the house, I can't tip the guy.

I hear most tips are put together anyways and are seperated equally at the end of the night/week/etc.

Tough call! I usually would think its ok if you don't find the dude. Maybe instead of money, thank him with a text. Or even write a really good review and drop some lines for that guy on Yelp. A good reputation can also go a long ways for a host.

Yea, I agree with Royale. I'd say shoot him a text saying you wanted to thank him in person but you weren't able to.
