Ok here is another one of my 1,000 other questions I have already asked. My bro screwed up and got us this crappy hotel in downtown vegas. And we plan on spending most of our time on the strip. As far as transportation goes, what do you guys suggest we do to travel back and forth?

Well you've got a few options:
1) The Deuce - aka The Bus (Get a several day pass)
2) Cabs - This could get costly
3) Rental Car - Hotwire, Orbitz or Priceline have cheap rates

On the deuce, it does travel from downtown Las Vegas to the strip? And if so, Where can I get the passes from?

I mean to be honest its not the worst thing in the world, cause it is a little cheaper food, drink and gambling wise in downtown....you can stil have fun

downtown can be fun. the nugget is really nice. thats where I gamble when I visit downtown. a cab is gonna run you no less than $20 one way. Bus is gonna be cheaper, for sure.

just make the best of it. example: if I had 6 people in our group. Id split us into 2 groups of 3. last group to the destination pays for the other groups transportation.

Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, and I went on yelp to read reviews and im terrified of the stuff i have read lol. He can't change it cuz it was part of a hotel flight package he booked. About how much does taxi's run from downtown to the strip each trip?

the prices are listed on the website nyc2vegas posted. looks like $3 one way. $7 for 24hr pass. $15 for 3 day pass

id just jog it.....burn the calories then drink 2 bottles of booze to replensih!!

that might work for getting there, but after 2 bottles, my ass would be lucky if I could walk to the cab.

Also, one more question. How much would I be lookn at paying for parking on the strip if we rented a car?

NOTHING!! all the hotels have parking for nothing....they want your asses in there gamblin. BUT if you rent a car DO NOT mess around with drinking and driving, it doesnt go over too well out there and it really isnt fun ending up on the show jail when youre on vaca

I wouldnt even consider renting a car an option, unless your doing some sight seeing outside of vegas, or you dont drink. Its not worth it. Use the bus or a cab.

Almost everyone you see catching a cab in downtown is going to the strip. Just ask them if they are willing to share. Most people stay in downtown, because of the savings, so they would probably love to share a cab.
