few questions on table service

So we have our clubs picked out.. tryst,tao,and xs. We are doing 3 bottles at each spot. already worked out a tip for a better table at xs/tryst. tao I was told there was no way to book a table in a certain room.

How can I try to get a better table at tao? get there early?

Does my whole group have to enter the clubs at the same time for our table? Just worried about people being ready on time ect..

Do we walk right to the front of the line and let them know we have a table? Best to get there a few minutes before the club opens?

I would ask about a better table at tao when you get there... tell the host where you want to be when you walk in... feel him out. You have to speak up and tell them what you want. Getting their early would also help.

Your whole group does not have to be there... but it would make it easier.

When you get there walk to the front of the line and tell them you have a table. Give them the name of your host / text your host let them know you are there. They should meet you... or just text as you are walking into the casino heading to the club.
