I just called to confirm my reservation... i asked about the bracelets for sunday... the lady said that we booked the rooms prior to the changes that were made for rehab, so she said that she went ahead and posted on our reservations that we are entitled to free bracelets... i have two rooms booked under my name, two under my wifes name and another under a friends name... she did it for all five rooms... i just gave her reservation numbers or name of the person that booked the room.

so give them a call ... and NY if you dont plan on using your bracelets please still get them so one of my girls can use it!!! Ty sir ... i <3 NY

Just called, they said I can't get the wristbands for Rehab since my room rates don't qualify.

yup they just told me the same thing...she said because i am not paying the prevaling rate of $279 (or something close to that) i'm not eligible...so then i went to the old standby "well maybe i'll just have to cancel then" and was told i wasn't even able to get my money back (even though the confirmation email clearly states i can cancel up to 72 hrs prior). these people really need to work on customer service.

I did book the twitter deal... courtesy of a txt from Cisco... i booked may 20th thru 24th... Paradise tower... if im correct the lady said "you booked in febuary... so we will honor your bracelets since you booked before they changed the policy"

her name was Vilma... try and get ahold of her at the reservation office... try not to get her in trouble by saying "vilma said so!" but instead see if you can somehow get her on the line ... then im sure she would be able to hook it up... and if for some reason you arent able to.. then we just ask at check in.

so what is the rate that you have to pay to get rehab passes? sounds super sketchy. I booked off their website a couple of regular rooms for 4 nights, they better get free passes.

are they doing this just to stop people from booking a cheap room for 1 Sunday night just to get entrance to rehab?

Wow thanks for the breaking news about Rehab. I think it will be better if I get there, check in and tell em I m here for 4 days.. so how do I get into Rehab on Sunday?.. maybe something along those lines..
