Help on finding hotel

I'm going to vegas in the early-mid Sept. I usually stay at The Palms b/c i love their pool, but their nightlife has gotten rather stale. I was looking at the HR, but it seems more trouble than its worth for their Rehab jazz on suns. Are there any other party type hotels out their for a 27 yr old single male other than The Palms or HR? I go to Vegas for the booze and the chicks if that helps. I just want a fun hotel with a young crowd that has nightlife there or near. I'm not big on clubs (too loud), but any hotel ideas/sugggestions are welcome.

Planet Hollywood sounds like your best bet. MGM Grand and Venetian are also good choices.

I'm with the ladies, PH would be great for you.

I also think that you shouldn't judge HRH just on REHAB...its only 1 day. HRH is a young, party hotel with a decent nightlife.

I don't know much about that place.but i heard that there are green vally resort.

I have no ill-will towards HR, i just read horror stories off of the travel websites about staying there and i thought it sounded more drama and stress than i want.

I've stayed at MGM in their westwing, nice rooms but what a haul to the pool!
I hate finding a new place b/c it can make or break your trip, especially if you go alone like i do. I stayed at MB this past new years, i'll never do that again

I'm waiting for JC's pool guide to come out, maybe that will help me.
During the summer every pool has hotties with bodies from outer space, but some are better than others!

My place to stay is the Mirage. It never gets tossed around as a party place... but I have always had a great time there. I think it's the best location on the strip. The pool is nice... there's bare. The rooms are nice and newer. Great food and spots to grab a quick drink. I think Jet still packs it in. I also like the layout and size of the casino floor and sportsbook. For some reason it's just my place.

I actually was thinking of the mirage as well. Has anyone stayed at the Venetian? I found some good prices for late Aug. From the pics i've seen at clubplanet.com the ladies are dynamite lookin broads. I dont know about their pool though except it is only later than the plams which is great, the palms closes to early.
